Product Warranty Summary

New Xirrus Arrays ship from the factory with a 1 year hardware and 1 year ArrayOS software Standard Care Warranty. All other products ship with a 1 year hardware and a 90 day software Standard Care Warranty as applicable. This standard warranty entitles you to e-mail/phone support, software bug fixes, and return/repair of defective hardware.

Optional Enhanced Care Warranty provides additional services, including priority response support, software upgrades, and next business day advanced hardware replacement. Enhanced Care can be purchased in 1, 3, and 5 year increments - contact your Xirrus sales representative or sales@xirrus.com for more details.
